Please do this process over dry land so you do not drop any components into water! We do not warrant damage from dropping your light or its components into the water! 1. TRIM BOTH WIRE LEADS ON EACH LED TO AN EQUAL LENGTH. (approximately ¾” – 1” in length) This does not have to be exact. Just as long as the wire leads are equal at the end.
2. Remove solar top with knife. Gently insert the knife into the slip and then pry upward. 3.NOTE: circuit board has 2 separate mounting sockets for different color LED’s.
LED socket labeled WBG is for White, Blue, and Green LED’s ONLY. LED socket labeled ROY is for Red, Orange, and Yellow LED’s ONLY. 4.
NOTE: There is no way to tell or visually distinguish between your LED colors unless they are "ON". For this reason you will have to try each one in the circuit until you find the color you are looking for. 4. Remove unwanted LED and insert desired LED into one of the sockets. If LED does not light; reverse LED, and place it back into the SAME SOCKET.
5. When LED illuminates, MAKE SURE IT IS IN THE APPROPRIATE COLOR LABELED SOCKET! (LED is activated by darkness)
6. If LED is in wrong socket, REMOVE QUICKLY, and place in correct socket.
7. DOUBLE CHECK TO MAKE SURE YOUR LED IS IN THE APPROPRIATE COLOR LABELED SOCKET!! CONGRATULATIONS YOUR DONE!
